The PMB Executive is the body with authority to review, comment on and approve financial and performance reports of Members for the MDP. It consists of a committee of 4 (changing biannually in April and October) members of PMB with authority to review, comment and approve financial and performance reports of institutional partners.

The PMB Executive:

1. meets quarterly, usually by teleconference.
2. is chaired by Jonathan Weber.
3. reports its decisions and actions on financial management, performance management and dispersal of funds to the PMB and, where necessary, refer decisions to the PMB.
